Who We Are
Striking Concepts Pro Shop is located inside Channahon Lanes (25306 W. Eames Street, Channahon, IL 60410). We have been in business for 24 years at this location. We are continuing to grow due to our superior customer service and professional training. Our pro shop is staffed by Randy Rymer, former PBA Member and USBC Silver Level Certified Instructor and IBPSIA Technically Certified Pro Shop Professional who has enjoyed bowling for more than 49 years and Larry Zacharias, Senior PBA Member as well as Illinois and Joliet Bowling Associations Hall of Famer with some 60+ years of bowling experience. What We Do
Striking Concepts Pro Shop is a family-owned full service pro shop serving the recreational and sport bowling communities in the greater Channahon and Joliet areas. Our staff includes two PBA Professionals. We offer custom fitting and on-site drilling of bowling balls, instruction, and sales of equipment and accessories. We are the only pro shop in the area to be certified by IBPSIA (International Bowling Pro Shop and Instructors Association). Let us show you what we can do for you!
Mission Statement
Striking Concepts Pro Shop endeavors to achieve total customer satisfaction through custom services and sales characterized by expert analysis and individualized solutions to aid in a bowler's improvement. This will be accomplished by offering superior service, innovative approaches, and face-to-face customer relationships.
Our purpose is to develop and maintain a competitive advantage within the recreational and sport bowling environments that responds to the needs of our customers. These efforts will result in Striking Concepts Pro Shop being recognized as the best pro shop serving our geographic area while achieving a consistent ability to improve the skill level and enjoyment of the bowling population we serve.
